A company is looking for a Senior HRIS Analyst to enhance HR technology and processes.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field preferred
• 5 or more years of experience in project management and HR systems implementation
• Proven ability to manage data and ensure compliance in HR processes
• Experience leading cross-functional teams while managing multiple projects
• Expertise with SmartRecruiters ATS is preferred
