Senior HRIS Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. HRIS Analyst to provide end-user support and manage HR systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide HRIS technical oversight, including requirements gathering and system configuration
• Collaborate with IT to manage system feeds and ensure alignment with downstream applications
• Conduct comprehensive system audits and develop training and standard operating procedures

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, MIS, or a related field
• 4+ years of HRIS experience, including ATS, performance management, LMS, and payroll systems
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office 365, including advanced Excel
• Knowledge of XML and SQL
• Experience managing projects and supporting global HR technology initiatives
