Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. People Systems Analyst (HRIS).
Key Responsibilities
- Own configuration, structure, and ongoing optimization of HRIS and related systems
- Lead complex system initiatives, including enhancements and implementations
- Define and maintain standards for data integrity, system design, and workflows
Required Qualifications
- 6-10 years of experience supporting HRIS or people systems
- Deep experience with HR systems such as UKG or similar platforms
- Experience leading system enhancements, implementations, or migrations
- Strong expertise in system configuration, workflows, and integrations
- Advanced reporting and data analysis skills
