Senior HRIS Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior HRIS Analyst responsible for providing technical support for HR information systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, recommend, design, configure, test, and implement complex solutions for HR products
• Participate in cross-functional HR projects as the HRIS application owner
• Maintain knowledge of new features in HR information systems and consult with other HRIS Analysts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience
• 5 years of experience supporting HR information systems, including 2 years with Workday configuration
• Eligibility to work in the United States without visa or residency sponsorship
• Intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with building/supporting Workday integrations is preferred
