Senior HRIS Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior HRIS Analyst to administer and enhance their HCM system, Workday.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and configure security aspects of Workday, ensuring compliance with audit requirements
• Support various Workday modules and recommend modifications to enhance existing processes
• Lead projects and enhancements while providing end-user support for Workday system inquiries

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field preferred, or equivalent experience
• 3 years of Workday experience across multiple modules
• Experience in business process, reporting, and security
• Strong understanding of HR concepts, practices, and procedures
• Ability to lead projects and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users
