Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior HRIS Analyst to support and enhance their Workday HCM, Payroll, and Absence modules and UKG WFM Time Keeping systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary system administrator and subject matter expert for UKG Time & Attendance
  • Lead the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of new modules and functionality for UKG Timekeeping
  • Manage testing cycles and collaborate with HR, Payroll, Legal, and IT Teams to document business requirements
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree required; 5 years of additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
  • 5 years of Business Analyst experience, with at least 4 years focused on Workday Payroll and UKG Timekeeping
  • Experience configuring timekeeping rules, accruals, schedules, and pay policies
  • Knowledge of US time-off laws and UK statutory requirements
  • Experience with HCM, Payroll, and Time and Attendance systems in both the US and UK
