Key Responsibilities

• Optimize and enhance HRIS systems to align with business and HR strategies

• Support annual HR processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams for system implementations

Required Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of HRIS experience, preferably with UKG Pro
• Experience in multiple HR functional areas and supporting annual HR cycles
• Prior experience in a senior HRIS role with system ownership responsibilities
• Advanced knowledge of HRIS architecture, data structures, and integrations
• Experience collaborating with HR, IT, Finance, and external vendors
