Job Summary
Senior HRIS Analyst, a full-time position responsible for supporting and optimizing HR technology solutions, focusing on Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Learning systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with HR stakeholders to translate business needs into effective HR technology solutions
- Provide advanced support for HR technology platforms, ensuring effective system operation and reliability
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance Recruiting, Learning Management, and Talent Management processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HRIS or workforce management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HRIS software, specifically UKG and iCIMS
- Customer service mindset
