Job Summary

Senior HRIS Analyst, a full-time position responsible for supporting and optimizing HR technology solutions, focusing on Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Learning systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with HR stakeholders to translate business needs into effective HR technology solutions
• Provide advanced support for HR technology platforms, ensuring effective system operation and reliability
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance Recruiting, Learning Management, and Talent Management processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HRIS or workforce management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HRIS software, specifically UKG and iCIMS
• Customer service mindset
