Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Senior HRIS Analyst will manage the Workday platform's Advanced Compensation, Payroll, and Benefits modules while providing operational support, enhancement requests, and strategic project work to optimize HR processes.
Key responsibilities
- Own end-to-end administration of Workday Advanced Compensation, Payroll, and Benefits, including configuration, auditing, and issue resolution
- Analyze business processes to recommend improvements and execute configuration builds, testing, and documentation in alignment with audit standards
- Build trusted relationships with HR and business stakeholders, translating technical constraints into clear communication and influencing design decisions
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in HR technology or HRIS roles, with at least 3 years of hands-on Workday configuration experience
- Demonstrated expertise in Workday Advanced Compensation, including merit cycles and compensation plans
- Working knowledge of Workday Payroll configuration, including pay components and payroll calculations
- Experience writing and maintaining Workday reports and calculated fields
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or a related field required
