Job Summary
To support compensation programs, the full-time Senior HRIS Analyst will lead the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Workday Compensation solutions, focusing on reporting, analytics, and advanced compensation plan design, while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the configuration and optimization of Workday Compensation solutions with an emphasis on reporting and analytics
- Serve as the primary HRIS partner for the annual compensation cycle, ensuring accurate execution of compensation review plans and merit matrices
- Build and enhance Workday compensation reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making across HR and Finance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
- Typically requires 5+ years of related work experience
- Experience with Workday Compensation configuration and reporting
- Proven ability to manage system change requests and perform testing and validation of compensation systems
- Strong understanding of compensation plan design and analytics
