Job Summary

Leading the end-to-end implementation of a new HRIS platform, the full-time Senior HRIS Analyst will manage system selection, configuration, testing, and data migration, while ensuring ongoing system stability and integration with other business systems in a remote role.

Key responsibilities:
  • Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of a new HRIS platform, including requirements gathering and successful go-live execution
  • Manage the full HRIS implementation project lifecycle, coordinating stakeholders and overseeing risk and change management
  • Develop and optimize HR reporting and analytics, ensuring data integrity and compliance with governance standards
Required qualifications:
  • 5-8+ years of experience in HRIS, HR Operations, or HR Technology
  • Experience in leading or supporting a full HRIS implementation or major system migration
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, including payroll and employee lifecycle workflows
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday, UKG, or similar
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
