Job Summary

Supporting HR technologies with functional and configuration expertise, the full-time Senior HRIS Analyst - Payroll/Absence/Time Tracking (PATT) will manage project tasks, streamline processes, and ensure data integrity while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Act as the technical expert for HR COE(s) and HR Service Center, assisting with requirements gathering and user acceptance testing
  • Manage HR technology configuration and build reports to enhance self-service capabilities
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and serve as Tier III support for technical issues related to HR technology platforms
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/training/experience in Management Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field
  • A minimum of five (5) years of Workday experience, with three (3) years specific to Payroll/Absence/Time Tracking (PATT)
  • Workday Certification is preferred
  • Experience in Benefits is a plus
  • Proven ability to maintain data integrity and manage technical configurations
