Job Summary
To support the maintenance and enhancement of the Human Resource Information System, the full-time Senior HRIS Analyst will manage complex technical issues, provide advanced troubleshooting support, and serve as a primary point-of-contact for Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence functional areas, with potential for remote work.
Key responsibilities
- Designs, builds, tests, and maintains HRIS business processes in alignment with company policies
- Serves as a subject matter expert for Workday Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking, coordinating with various teams to support HR systems
- Creates technical documentation and provides expert guidance to stakeholders while troubleshooting system issues and implementing solutions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 5 or more years of HRIS experience with Workday, specifically in Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking
- Workday Payroll Certification or equivalent knowledge
- Proficiency in Workday Reporting and Security
- Experience with MS Office Applications, particularly Excel
