Senior HRIS Analyst

Job Summary

As a senior Workday HCM expert, the full-time remote Senior HRIS Analyst will design, configure, and optimize HR systems while leading complex Workday initiatives and ensuring data integrity and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver advanced Workday configuration and HR systems projects
• Maintain and optimize Workday HCM, including security, integrations, and functional configuration
• Develop and execute testing strategies to ensure accuracy, compliance, and audit readiness

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Five or more years supporting HR systems in Benefits, Compensation, or Payroll
• Experience enabling or preparing for AI-related Workday functionality
• Demonstrated hands-on experience configuring and supporting Workday HCM
• Workday Pro certification in Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, or related functional areas highly preferred
