Senior HRIS Analyst
Job Summary
Seeking a full-time remote Senior HRIS Analyst, the ideal candidate will configure and maintain Workday, partner with stakeholders for requirements gathering, and develop HR analytics and reporting solutions.
Key responsibilities:
- Configure, maintain, and understand Workday to support the business
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions
- Develop reports, dashboards, and HR analytics
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of HRIS/ERP experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or a related field
- Experience configuring Workday
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Project and process management experience
