Senior HRIS Analyst

Job Summary

To support the Human Capital Management team, the full-time remote Senior HRIS Analyst will manage the Ceridian Dayforce HRIS system, ensuring data integrity, leading system testing, and providing specialized HRIS support and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the Ceridian Dayforce HRIS application system administrator, maintaining system configuration and coordinating upgrades
• Analyze and build complex reports while providing production support for HR applications and identifying system issues
• Collaborate with various departments to improve HR processes and ensure effective utilization of HRIS applications

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related discipline
• At least 5 years of experience in Ceridian Dayforce and its configuration
• Advanced knowledge of payroll and HRIS systems, including report writing skills
• Experience in HR Analytics and cloud-based Document Management
• Strong project management skills and experience with systems implementation
