Job Summary

Supporting the configuration and maintenance of core HR systems, the full-time Senior HRIS Analyst will manage applicant tracking systems and their integrations while collaborating with HR partners and stakeholders in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of HR and applicant tracking systems, including workflows and integrations
  • Analyze HR and recruiting workflows to drive system improvements and create structured documentation
  • Partner with HR team members and business stakeholders to address system needs and resolve issues
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience supporting HR systems, preferably with Dayforce
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and integrations with CRM or recruiting platforms
  • Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Strong Excel skills and familiarity with system logic and data structures
  • Experience in system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and production support
