Job Summary
Partnering with HRIS leadership, the full-time Senior HRIS Analyst will optimize and enhance the company's Human Capital Management (HCM) ecosystem, focusing on system performance, service delivery, and continuous improvement efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by enhancing system functionality, design, and user experience
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement system enhancements
- Assist in onboarding newly acquired businesses by coordinating HR system activities and ensuring successful transitions
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Deep knowledge of UKG Pro, including configuration, system design, and troubleshooting
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HRIS
- Strong analytical skills with a customer service mindset
- Experience in managing data privacy and compliance standards
