Job Summary
Supporting the administration and optimization of HR systems, the remote Senior HRIS Analyst will collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and IT stakeholders to enhance ADP platforms while ensuring data accuracy and system integrity.
Key responsibilities
- Administer and configure HRIS modules, ensuring ongoing optimization and data integrity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions
- Oversee system updates, manage user roles, and act as a senior escalation point for complex HRIS-related issues
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of hands-on experience supporting ADP Workforce Now or ADP Vantage HCM
- Strong experience configuring HRIS modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Time Tracking
- Proficiency in building and maintaining reports, dashboards, and data outputs for HR and leadership teams
- Experience managing system security, user roles, and access controls in a regulated environment
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis
