Senior HRIS Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the People & Culture Operations & Technology team, the full-time salaried Senior HRIS Analyst will manage and optimize Human Resource Information Systems, ensuring reliability and scalability while leading HRIS projects and enhancing processes through automation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the administration, configuration, and ongoing optimization of HRIS applications to meet business needs
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings to maintain secure system access
• Serve as the subject matter expert for HRIS inquiries, providing advanced troubleshooting and end-user support

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in HRIS, HRIT, or a similar role, with additional HR or payroll experience preferred
• 5+ years of system administrator experience with HRIS platforms
• Expert-level knowledge of system configuration, data management, and reporting tools
• Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, SQL, and/or Tableau
• Project management experience with the ability to handle multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously
