Senior HRIS Analyst

Job Summary

Managing the Ceridian Dayforce HRIS system, the full-time Senior HRIS Analyst will serve as a key member of the Human Capital Management team, providing ongoing support, system maintenance, and expertise while ensuring data integrity and optimizing HR processes in a virtual environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the system administrator for Ceridian Dayforce, maintaining configuration and coordinating upgrades
• Analyze and design complex reports, providing specialized HRIS support for human resources applications
• Collaborate with various departments to enhance system efficiency and address data integrity issues

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related discipline
• At least 5 years of experience in Ceridian Dayforce and its configuration
• Advanced knowledge of payroll and HRIS systems, including report writing and presentation skills
• Experience with HR analytics and cloud-based document management
• Project management and systems implementation experience
