Job Summary
Owning the entire HR technology stack, the full-time Senior HRIS Analyst will manage HRIS, ATS, and HR ticketing systems, drive data integration and analytics, and proactively support HR leadership with insights and technology strategy in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the HR technology stack, ensuring data integrity, user access, and system performance
- Develop and maintain people analytics dashboards and reports to provide insights into workforce trends
- Lead the configuration and optimization of the ATS (Ashby) to support efficient recruiting processes
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in HR systems administration and people analytics
- Demonstrated ownership of an enterprise HRIS platform and hands-on experience managing an ATS
- Experience in architecting and managing system integrations across a multi-tool HR stack
- Proficient in building people analytics dashboards using Tableau or similar BI tools
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Human Resources, or a related field preferred
