Job Summary
To support the People & Talent team, the full-time remote Senior HRIS Analyst will manage HRMS implementations, maintain system integrity, and analyze data flows while ensuring compliance and process improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor, audit, and troubleshoot the HRMS system to ensure data integrity and compliance
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement HRMS upgrades and process improvements
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for People Analytics data
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 4+ years of experience in HRIS or People Operations, including system administration and implementation
- Prior experience with HRMS Administration (Workday preferred) and reporting tools
- Experience with at least one full cycle HRMS implementation or migration
- Proficient in data analysis using Excel and Google Sheets, including pivot tables and V-lookups
