Job Summary

To support the People & Talent team, the full-time remote Senior HRIS Analyst will manage HRMS implementations, maintain system integrity, and analyze data flows while ensuring compliance and process improvement.

Key responsibilities
  • Monitor, audit, and troubleshoot the HRMS system to ensure data integrity and compliance
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement HRMS upgrades and process improvements
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for People Analytics data
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 4+ years of experience in HRIS or People Operations, including system administration and implementation
  • Prior experience with HRMS Administration (Workday preferred) and reporting tools
  • Experience with at least one full cycle HRMS implementation or migration
  • Proficient in data analysis using Excel and Google Sheets, including pivot tables and V-lookups
