Senior HRIS Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Senior HRIS Analyst will process and analyze employee information using Workday, design and implement reports to identify organizational trends, and ensure system integrity and upgrades through collaboration with colleagues and business SMEs.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure the integrity of HR data and optimal use of the HRIS system (Workday) while achieving timely and accurate deliverables
• Lead issue resolution and response coordination during unplanned adverse events involving technology and processes
• Manage projects in related functional areas of Workday by preparing project plans and providing configuration recommendations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of proven analytical expertise
• 5+ years of experience in HR or a related function; Workday accreditation is desired
• Proven management and leadership capabilities
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving aptitude
