Job Summary
To support a growing organization, the full-time Senior HRIS Analyst will serve as the primary Workday subject matter expert, managing system administration, configuration, and optimization while collaborating with various departments to enhance HR technology and operational efficiency in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Administer and optimize the Workday HRIS, ensuring system performance and alignment with business needs
- Evaluate and implement system enhancements to improve operational efficiency and user experience
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support business operations and strategic decision-making
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of four years of HRIS experience, with at least two years of hands-on Workday administration experience
- Strong experience with Workday HCM and at least two additional modules such as Payroll, Benefits, or Recruiting
- Experience developing advanced Workday reports and configuring business processes and security roles
- Workday Pro certifications are highly preferred
