Senior HRIS Analyst

Job Summary

To support HR operations, the full-time Senior HRIS Analyst will lead the configuration and optimization of HRIS platforms, collaborating with stakeholders to enhance system functionality and provide advanced reporting and analytics in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with HR stakeholders to identify technology solutions that support operational objectives and process improvements
• Gather and validate business requirements for system enhancements, including developing functional documentation and test scenarios
• Configure and test system enhancements to ensure alignment with business requirements and established processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or related field required
• 2-4+ years of progressive HRIS experience with enterprise platforms required
• Experience with or exposure to UKG Pro or UKG Workforce Management (WFM) preferred
• Proven experience leading HRIS projects or large-scale system enhancements required
• Advanced reporting and data analysis skills required
