Senior HRIS Analyst
Job Summary
To support HR operations, the onsite Senior HRIS Analyst will manage the administration, configuration, and optimization of ADP platforms while collaborating with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and IT teams to ensure data accuracy and system integrity.
Key responsibilities
- Administer and configure HRIS systems, ensuring ongoing optimization and data integrity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions
- Deliver reporting and analytics to support workforce planning, compliance, and operational decision-making
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of hands-on experience supporting ADP Workforce Now or ADP Vantage HCM
- Strong experience configuring HRIS modules such as Core HR, Payroll, and Benefits
- Proficiency in building reports and dashboards for HR and leadership teams
- Experience managing system security, user roles, and access controls
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and data analysis
