Job Summary
To support HR management and improve processes, the full-time Senior HRIS Analyst will manage projects related to HRMS (Lawson/Oracle) system maintenance and enhancements while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage projects and process improvements to align HR and business objectives, ensuring timely and quality delivery
- Act as work-stream or systems lead in projects, collaborating with business users and technical teams to define scope and implement solutions
- Evaluate existing HRMS functionalities, recommend enhancements, and maintain system integrity through audits and troubleshooting support
Required qualifications
- Six or more years of experience in HR, payroll, and HRIS management
- Extensive knowledge of HRMS components and application modules, particularly in Client/Server and web environments
- Proficiency in report writing using tools such as SQL, Crystal Reports, and Microsoft applications
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- Preferred certifications include PMP, HRIP, or SHRM-CP
