Job Summary
To support a dynamic team, the full-time Senior HRIS Analyst will serve as the primary Workday expert, responsible for the administration, configuration, and optimization of the Workday Human Resources Information System while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Administer and optimize the Workday HRIS, ensuring system performance and alignment with business needs
- Evaluate and implement system enhancements to improve operational efficiency and user experience
- Design and maintain Workday reports and dashboards to support business operations and strategic decision-making
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of four years of HRIS experience, including two years of hands-on Workday administration
- Strong experience with Workday HCM and at least two additional modules such as Payroll or Benefits
- Experience developing advanced Workday reports and supporting integrations
- Workday Pro certifications are highly preferred
