Senior HRIS Analyst
Job Summary
To support the optimization of data and analytics capabilities, the full-time remote Senior HRIS Analyst will manage Workday configuration, perform advanced data analysis, and design scalable people analytics solutions to drive evidence-based decision-making across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to optimize and configure Workday, ensuring data integrity and scalable processes
- Design and maintain people analytics solutions, including reports and dashboards, to provide actionable insights
- Perform advanced data analysis to support workforce planning and operational decision-making
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in an HRIS or People Analytics role
- Advanced expertise in Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Apps
- Hands-on experience supporting and maintaining Workday
- Strong technical data analysis skills with Workday Report Administrator experience
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
