Job Summary
To support scalable and efficient HR operations, the full-time Senior HRIS Analyst will be responsible for the design, implementation, and optimization of HRIS solutions, particularly focusing on Workday, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance system capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, configuration, and enhancement of HRIS functionality to meet evolving business needs
- Serve as a subject matter expert in HRIS platforms, optimizing system usage and driving user adoption
- Design and deliver advanced reporting capabilities to support HR and business decision-making
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of HRIS experience, including Workday administration, configuration, and support
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and systems, including HR, Payroll, and Finance integrations
- Experience translating business requirements into scalable system solutions and process improvements
- Workday certification(s) preferred
