Senior HRIS Analyst
Job Summary
Responsible for the administration and optimization of the UKG HCM platform, the full-time remote Senior HRIS Analyst will manage system governance, data reporting, and process optimization while supporting various HR modules including Core HCM, Timekeeping, and Recruiting.
Key Responsibilities
- Own UKG HCM governance, including configuration standards and data integrity
- Develop and deliver standard and ad hoc reports for HR, Finance, and leadership
- Partner with HR Operations to streamline processes and provide Tier 2 support for HR Ops
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
- 3-5+ years of experience with UKG HCM or similar HRIS platforms
- Hands-on experience with multiple UKG modules (Core, Timekeeping, Recruiting, Benefits, L&D)
- Proficiency in UKG configuration and reporting tools
- UKG Pro Certified Professional (or equivalent) preferred
