Senior HRIS Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior HRIS Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

• Select, define integration strategy, implement and manage business processes aligned with a new HRIS system
• Perform analysis and market studies to develop solutions for internal fairness, external competitiveness, and alignment with company goals
• Partner with stakeholders to develop best practices and guidance around systems and processes

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of analyst experience within Compensation, HR, People Operations, or a related department
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems or equivalent
• 5+ years experience implementing/enhancing/maintaining an HRIS on a global scale
• 3+ years of configuration experience with a progressive HRIS system
• Experience with Custom Reporting and Calculated Fields, Business Process Configuration, Security
