Senior HRIS Analyst Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. HRIS Analyst Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain HRIS systems, ensuring data accuracy and alignment with business requirements
• Develop and analyze HR reports to support decision-making and compliance needs
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and cross-functional teams to enhance system functionality and optimize workflows

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3-5+ years of experience as an HRIS system administrator or analyst within an ADP HRIS system
• Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to perform vlookups for data validation
• Working knowledge of HR data privacy, security, and compliance requirements
• Experience in process design, system optimization, and implementation within an HRIS system
