Senior HRIS Analyst - Payroll

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior HRIS Analyst - Oracle Cloud Payroll.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and maintain Oracle Cloud HCM applications, focusing on Payroll
• Troubleshoot payroll-related issues and collaborate with Oracle support for resolution
• Collect, clean, and analyze HR and Payroll data to support metrics and decision-making

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in implementing and/or supporting Oracle Cloud HCM applications
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience specifically supporting Oracle Cloud Payroll for North America
• Proficient in key Oracle tools and technologies, including Fast Formulas and BI Publisher
• Understanding of US and Canada payroll laws, tax regulations, and compliance standards
• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel
