Senior HRIS Analyst - Payroll

Job Summary

Serving as the lead functional and technical analyst, the full-time Senior HRIS Analyst - Payroll will manage UKG Pro Workforce Management and Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll, ensuring accurate payroll processing, system configuration, and integration while working remotely from Texas.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee configuration and management of payroll systems, including earnings, deductions, and compliance with federal and state regulations
• Coordinate data flow and integrations between UKG and Oracle HCM Payroll, ensuring operational continuity and accurate calculations
• Provide technical support and lead root-cause analysis for system issues, driving process improvements and automation initiatives

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of HRIS experience supporting enterprise payroll systems
• 3+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll and UKG Workforce Management
• Proven experience in supporting production payroll cycles and payroll integrations
• Strong understanding of data validation and reconciliation processes
• Experience with technical documentation and process design
