Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior HRIS Analyst, EMEA.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the configuration and implementation of Workday modules, focusing on Advanced Compensation and Time & Attendance
- Maintain compliance with global data regulations and ensure data integrity through audits and reporting
- Act as a consultative partner to HR teams, translating business requirements into Workday configurations and providing training on new processes
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of Workday experience, particularly in system configuration and optimization
- Experience leading at least one full-cycle implementation or major optimization project in Time & Absence or Advanced Compensation
- Technical expertise in Workday configuration, including Time & Attendance, Advanced Compensation, and Security Configuration
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong critical thinking skills for data analysis and troubleshooting
