Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior HRIS Analyst, EMEA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the configuration and implementation of Workday modules, focusing on Advanced Compensation and Time & Attendance
  • Maintain compliance with global data regulations and ensure data integrity through audits and reporting
  • Act as a consultative partner to HR teams, translating business requirements into Workday configurations and providing training on new processes
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 5+ years of Workday experience, particularly in system configuration and optimization
  • Experience leading at least one full-cycle implementation or major optimization project in Time & Absence or Advanced Compensation
  • Technical expertise in Workday configuration, including Time & Attendance, Advanced Compensation, and Security Configuration
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong critical thinking skills for data analysis and troubleshooting
