Senior HRIS Analyst - Workday
Job Summary
To enhance HR operations, the full-time Senior HRIS Analyst - Workday will work remotely to deliver HR system solutions, consult on technology requirements, and lead HR technology enhancements using the Workday HCM platform.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and support HR technology enhancements, including prioritization, research, and change management
- Provide end-to-end functional support of Workday across various HR modules, including HCM and Compensation
- Design and administer security architecture and governance across the Workday platform
Required qualifications
- College degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or Information Systems desired
- Minimum 5 years of related experience, with HR Systems support and testing experience required (Workday required)
- Working knowledge of common Recruiting, Talent Management, and Compensation practices
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and tasks in a high-volume environment
- Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and maintain confidentiality
