Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior HRIS Applications Analyst will serve as a Workday subject matter expert, responsible for configuring and optimizing HR systems while collaborating with HR, Finance, Benefits, and IT teams.
Key responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday modules including Core HCM, Absence Management, and Payroll
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues related to Workday, including time off inconsistencies and benefit integration issues
- Partner with business stakeholders to create custom reports and dashboards, and support change management efforts with documentation and training
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of HRIS experience with hands-on expertise in Workday configuration and implementation
- Demonstrated experience supporting multiple Workday modules such as HCM, Benefits, and Payroll
- Strong knowledge of Workday integration tools, including Workday Studio and EIB
- Curiosity and experience using AI tools to improve and automate HR processes
