Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior HRIS Peoplesoft Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for improving ERP system efficiency and performance
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate detailed business requirements
Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure clear communication and project alignment

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
Minimum of five (5) years of relevant work experience supporting PeopleSoft HR, Financial, and Supply Chain applications
5+ years of experience enhancing ERP system functionality and improving operational efficiency
Expertise in ERP system validation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and performance monitoring
Experience delivering end-user training and preparing detailed reports for management
