Job Summary
Partnering with HR, Payroll, and IT, the remote Senior HRIS Business Analyst will analyze business needs, manage system enhancements, and support HR technology platforms to improve efficiency and the employee experience.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the software development life cycle (SDLC) for HR technology projects, ensuring thorough documentation and communication of project risks
- Evaluate existing software functionality and define requirements to recommend process improvements and automation opportunities
- Conduct quality assurance (QA) testing and produce user documentation for system functionalities and updates
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5+ years of business analysis experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead analyst role
- Hands-on experience with UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) for HRIS modules, including configuration and process optimization
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and leading cross-functional initiatives with significant business impact
- Strong proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or Tableau for data analysis and reporting
