Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior HRIS Business Analyst, Workday

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business and technical partners to develop functional area product strategy and roadmap
• Configure Workday and own continuous improvement of TA Technology stack
• Actively participate in Workday's semi-annual release process, addressing critical impacts and enhancement opportunities

Required Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of configuration experience working with Workday Recruiting
• Deep understanding of the Workday foundations across HCM and Recruiting
• In-depth understanding of HR domain and processes
• Project management and familiarity with Agile methodology
• Creative thinking and ability to navigate ambiguity
