Senior HRIS Cloud Developer

Job Summary

Providing innovative solutions, the full-time Senior HRIS Cloud Developer will remotely support the UPMC Human Resources team by administering, developing, and maintaining Oracle HCM Cloud and related HR systems, while engaging in project work and data management.

Key responsibilities:

• Reviews HR system release notes to identify improvement opportunities and recommends solutions aligned with business needs
• Engages with stakeholders to gather requirements and explore business process improvement opportunities
• Provides expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud tools and drives system improvements, coordinating efforts across teams

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field with five years of relevant experience, or a High School Diploma/GED with seven years of experience in application development
• Experience supporting Oracle HCM Cloud applications, including fast formulas and security administration
• Availability for standby status as part of a rotation, requiring 24/7 availability during standby periods
