Senior HRIS Data Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior HRIS & People Data Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Extract, transform, and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities
• Develop, maintain, and automate HR dashboards and reports using Power BI and other visualization tools
• Lead administration and optimization of the Paylocity HCM platform and manage employee processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in HRIS, HR Analytics, or data analysis roles
• Expert proficiency in Power BI, including DAX and data modeling
• Deep experience with Paylocity or similar HRIS
• Proficient understanding of ETL, API integration, and report automation
