Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. HRIS Lead - Dayforce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead post-implementation stabilization and optimization of the Dayforce platform
  • Translate complex business requirements into scalable Dayforce solutions and oversee system configuration
  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT to troubleshoot issues and enhance system performance
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience with Dayforce in a techno-functional or consulting role
  • Deep expertise in Dayforce WFM, HCM, Payroll, and Benefits
  • Strong experience with complex pay policies, entitlements, and union pay structures
  • Proven ability to lead system troubleshooting and enhancements post-implementation
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Dayforce certification preferred
