Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. HRIS Lead - Dayforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead post-implementation stabilization and optimization of the Dayforce platform
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable Dayforce solutions and oversee system configuration
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT to troubleshoot issues and enhance system performance
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience with Dayforce in a techno-functional or consulting role
- Deep expertise in Dayforce WFM, HCM, Payroll, and Benefits
- Strong experience with complex pay policies, entitlements, and union pay structures
- Proven ability to lead system troubleshooting and enhancements post-implementation
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Dayforce certification preferred
