Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior HRIS Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and maintain the optimal function of HRIS, including installation, customization, and data management
- Build and maintain online forms for HR data collection related to New Hire, Change, and Termination processes
- Ensure data integrity and security through role access management, integration maintenance, and regular audits
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum 7 years' experience in HRIS management, including supervisory experience
- At least 2 years' experience managing Dayforce Workforce Management
- Minimum 2 years' experience leading and integrating HRIS
- Proficient in system administration with strong analytical and organizational skills
