Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior HRIS Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and maintain the optimal function of HRIS, including installation, customization, and data management
  • Build and maintain online forms for HR data collection related to New Hire, Change, and Termination processes
  • Ensure data integrity and security through role access management, integration maintenance, and regular audits
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in HRIS management, including supervisory experience
  • At least 2 years' experience managing Dayforce Workforce Management
  • Minimum 2 years' experience leading and integrating HRIS
  • Proficient in system administration with strong analytical and organizational skills
