Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, HRIS.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee Dayforce configuration, integrations, reporting, and system performance
  • Manage system governance and data integrity across all People systems
  • Lead system upgrades and optimization projects to enhance efficiency and usability
Required Qualifications
  • 8-10 years of progressive HRIS experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Hands-on expertise with Dayforce, including configuration and payroll integration
  • Experience managing HR system implementations and upgrades across multiple geographies
  • Strong understanding of HR business processes and data compliance
  • Experience leading projects to improve process efficiency and system usability
