Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, HRIS & People Analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of HRIS and related HR systems
- Partner with stakeholders to analyze business needs and translate them into system requirements
- Manage integrations and interfaces between HRIS and other business systems, ensuring data accuracy
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
- 8+ years of experience delivering HR technology solutions, with 5+ years of direct global HRIS experience
- Strong understanding of HR processes such as talent acquisition, compensation, and benefits
- Hands-on experience with Workday reporting and Prism Analytics for data visualization
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, data modeling)
