Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, HRIS & People Analytics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of HRIS and related HR systems
  • Partner with stakeholders to analyze business needs and translate them into system requirements
  • Manage integrations and interfaces between HRIS and other business systems, ensuring data accuracy
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience delivering HR technology solutions, with 5+ years of direct global HRIS experience
  • Strong understanding of HR processes such as talent acquisition, compensation, and benefits
  • Hands-on experience with Workday reporting and Prism Analytics for data visualization
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, data modeling)
