Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, HRIS - Workday.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct the design, configuration, and optimization of Workday modules and improve integrations with enterprise platforms
• Oversee HRIS projects, ensuring delivery within defined scope, schedule, and budget while guiding project teams
• Cultivate relationships with stakeholders to deliver analytics and systems solutions, fostering operational excellence

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline and relevant HRIS experience, or a Master's Degree with equivalent experience
• Demonstrated track record in people management or equivalent experience
• Extensive hands-on expertise with Workday configuration and system integrations
• Strong stakeholder management and project management experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
