Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, HRIS & People Analytics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end Workday transition project and oversee ongoing operations and enhancements
  • Partner with stakeholders to analyze business needs and manage Workday integrations with other systems
  • Develop and maintain Workday documentation, dashboards, and analytics for data-driven decision-making


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
  • 6+ years of experience in HR technology/HRIS roles, with at least 4 years in Workday configuration and administration
  • Strong understanding of HR processes such as talent acquisition and performance management
  • Proven experience managing multiple projects in a global or matrix environment
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables and VLOOKUPs
